說明：婉君原為 PTT 上的用語，係「網軍」的諧音，現在一般媒體也使用這個詞，使其成為頗夯的流行語。不過，其他名稱，如網友、網民、鄉民，亦都可用 netizen 來表示。這個字是由 net 與 citizen 組合而成，於 1984 年首次被使用，現已被《牛津英語大辭典》(Oxford English Dictionary, OED) 所收錄。
