At all costs 和 at any cost 為同一個慣用語的兩種版本，意為「不惜任何代價；無論如何」。這兩個片語於 1800 年代中期開始使用至今，其中 at all costs 亦可寫成或說成 at all cost；換言之，cost 使用單數或複數都可以，但 costs 要比 cost 來得常見許多。不過，at any cost 中的 cost 一定要用單數。
