Ignorance is bliss 是個諺語，意為「無知便是福」，其中 ignorance 的意思是「無知」，而 bliss 意為「天賜之福」。這個諺語是在表達「最好不要知道某件事，或不被告知某件事，反而會更快樂、更幸福」的意思。
有很多情況是「無知便是福」的體現。譬如說，不知道完成某件事的機率可能會讓你表現得更好。不知道傷人的八卦可以讓你的自尊心完好無損。在某些情況下對某些事情一無所知，可以讓人在做選擇時將擔憂、焦慮或懷疑降到最低，或者表現得更好。當然，在許多情況中，無知是危險或有害的。
「無知便是福」這句話中所描述的無知也可能是由於愚蠢、消息不靈通或未受教育所致，亦可能是故意忽視或選擇不知道某一特定事物。
這個諺語是 18 世紀英國詩人湯瑪斯‧格雷 (Thomas Gray) 1742 年在他的詩作《伊頓公學遠景頌》(Ode on a Distant Prospect of Eton College) 中創造的：”Thought would destroy their paradise. / No more; where ignorance is bliss, / ‘Tis folly to be wise.”(思想會摧毀他們的天堂。 / 不再是；無知便是福， / 明智是愚蠢的)。
